To love oneself, one must have a high consideration for your personal pleasure and well-being. To love yourself, you must attend to your own needs and refrain from putting your health at risk in order to appease other people. In order to love yourself, you must not accept anything less than what you deserve. Because everyone has a different manner of taking care of themselves, self-love can mean different things to different people. Determining what self-love means to you personally is a crucial aspect of your mental wellness.
3- Spirituality
The term "spirituality" is broad and has several meanings. A way to understand the interdependence of the mind, body, and soul is through spirituality. When we discuss spirituality, we intend to suggest that you cultivated a relationship with a higher authority than yourself. varied religions have varied perspectives on the concept of spirituality. Islam's ultimate concept of spiritual unity is oneness, which encompasses both Jewish and Christian beliefs.
4- Meditation
Meditation is all about to bring mind, body and soul in alignment. Your Conscious, subconscious and universal mind works in according to your thoughts. In Meditation, your thoughts becomes still. you feel a sense of calmness and silence in your breathing. You set your intensions on one point and then meditate upon it.
5- Lifestyle
A lifestyle is a collection of beliefs, customs, or belongings that are specific
to an individual or group of individuals. such viewpoints, etc., that are
thought to be appealing or trendy. A healthy lifestyle consists of getting
enough sleep, eating a balanced food, Engage in regular, healthy exercise.

of water, Steer clear of alcohol, Reduce your intake of salt and sugar while
increasing your intake of vegetables and lentils.

Flexibility This is the range of motion of your joints. Balance This is your ability to stay on your feet and steady to avoid falls. Speed This is how quickly you can move.
